All commissions include one-two demo videos near the end of the manufacturing process for you to either approve or request 1-2 minor tweaks before finalization. Before the cymbal is shipped a final demo will be filmed and sent for you to sign off on.
IMPORTANT* If you desire additional work after the cymbal has already been tweaked more than once; there will be an additional charge of $50 to cover that work. If you decide you don’t want the cymbal that Timothy creates for you, we can discuss swapping it for another cymbal or starting over. However, 30% of the cost of the commission is non-refundable. The remaining 70% can be used as credit or be refunded, minus any processing fees.
The average lead time on a cymbal commission is between 8-12 weeks, depending on Timothy’s work load. If the lead time is longer we will let you know!
